ecoup - sustainable mobility (hereinafter "ecoup") is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and wants you to feel safe both when simply browsing the site and when you decide to register in the Reserved Area and/or Apps made available by ecoup by providing your personal data to use the related services. However, the pages of the ecoup website may contain links to the websites of other parties, to which, however, this declaration on data security does not extend.
We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policies of each website you visit.
The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered in the group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online: the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages.
ecoup, Data Controller, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter also "Privacy Code") informs you that the personal data you provide and acquired upon registration in the Reserved Area and/or Apps, as well as the data necessary for the use and services made available, including the navigation data will be processed in compliance with the guarantees of confidentiality and the security measures provided for by current legislation through IT, telematic and manual tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing.
In particular, ecoup points out that, as regards navigation data, the IT and telematic systems and the software procedures used to operate this site, or dedicated to the operation and use of the "apps" made available by ecoup, acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some data (e.g. the date and time of access, the pages visited, the name of the Internet Service Provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet, the Internet address from which you connected to our site, etc.), the transmission of which is implicit in the use of web communication protocols or is useful for better management and optimization of the data and e-mail sending system. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are kept anonymously for the entire period of activity of the site. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site.
Purpose of the treatment
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1. registration in the reserved area.
The release of personal data by the User is necessary for the purposes of the aforementioned registration and for the use of the relative services, including the possibility of purchasing the products made available; their missing, partial or incorrect conferment could make it impossible to access them and to use the services themselves.
ecoup also allows the User to access the Reserved Area also through the use of credentials provided by a social network. (so-called social login).
Access to the aforementioned Reserved Area can also take place from the APP.
Access to the Reserved Area may also take place through the identities created on Facebook, Twitter and Google +.
To this end, ecoup informs the interested party that some personal data will be acquired (Name, Surname, Email) in compliance with the authorizations issued by the same to the reference social network. The interested party is therefore required to check the settings provided by the reference social network as well as to carefully read the relative privacy policies, as they could authorize the social network to share his personal data with ecoup thus authorizing ecoup to collect information such as contacts, friends and other data of the data subject. In any case, ecoUp will not be aware of the registration data used by the interested party. We will keep the identification code associated with your account at the third party service when you use it to log in to ecoUp or to share content hosted by the site; storage will take place for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. If the user creates an ecoUp account or uses the site's services by connecting through the social log-in, we may use the information contained in the account of origin to complete his profile on the site. The interested party may at any time update or modify the profile information and contact details through the social login;
2. use of the apps made available by ecoup and use of the related services;
3. fulfillment of legal obligations, regulations or provisions of community legislation;
4. execution of the contracts proposed by ecoup (concerning the supply of electricity, natural gas, energy efficiency products, assistance and maintenance services, services and applications for detecting energy consumption, etc.). In particular, with reference to the personal data entered on the forms for accession to the supply contracts present on its website, ecoUp informs that, if the customer does not complete the registration procedure, the data entered (if containing at least name, surname and e-mail address of the customer or telephone number) will be used by ecoUp for the exclusive purpose of contacting the customer to facilitate the conclusion of the membership process by allowing access to the membership form which presents the data already entered in the first phase of filling in the form. After 2 days from sending the e-mail, the link will no longer be usable and the data will be cancelled.
5. management of any purchase orders and related administrative activities, with related processing, in compliance with current legislation on the subject, of payment data, including identification details;
6. use of the services on the website www.ecoup.it;
7. participation in events made available through the website www.ecoup.it;
8. preparation of measures aimed at protecting against credit risk, including activities aimed at identifying the economic reliability/solvency of the Customer, before or during the contractual relationship.
Lastly, the Customer may request bank/postal domiciliation of their payments. To prevent the Bank indicated by the Customer/Poste Italiane from rejecting this request, ecoup will be able to verify that the bank/postal data provided are correct. To this end, ecoup may contact the Bank/Poste Italiane as well as, by telephone or through the digital channels made available for this purpose, directly the Customer who has consented to it;
9. preparation of a vehicle geolocation system and vehicle fleet protection against any unlawful or fraudulent actions by third parties or Customers, as well as, through the APP made available, a user geolocation system, activated following of the authorization provided by them, aimed at providing them with content and services;
10. activities aimed at improving the services provided connected to the contractual relationship (e.g. surveys to evaluate customer satisfaction);
11. relating to the carrying out, by EE, of activities aimed at the elaboration of market studies and research, the carrying out of direct sales activities, including by telephone, or the placement of products/services and the forwarding, for the sending commercial information, including interactive information, as well as for sending advertising/informative material, carried out with "traditional" methods (for example, paper mail and/or call with operator) or through "automated" contact systems (for example SMS and/or MMS, telephone calls without operator intervention, e-mail, fax, interactive applications) pursuant to art. 130, ca. 1 and 2, Privacy Code. ecoup informs the data subject that, pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Code, and as required by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data by virtue of a specific provision (so-called soft spam) the e-mail address provided by the interested party as part of the contractual relationship with ecoup may be used by the latter to send commercial offers relating to products and/or services similar to those previously purchased. The interested party may oppose the processing at any time by sending a request to the dedicated mailbox referred to in the "Rights of the interested party" section of this information notice.
12. Relating to the performance, by the companies of the Enel Group as well as third parties, commercial partners of ecoup, operating mainly in the product sectors of the supply and sale of energy, electricity and gas, in the generation of renewable sources, to which ecoup may communicate / to transfer the acquired data, for the performance of activities aimed at the elaboration of studies and market research, for the fulfillment of direct sales activities, also by telephone, or for the placement of products/services and for the forwarding, for the sending of commercial information, including interactive /o MMS, telephone calls without operator intervention, e-mail, fax, interactive applications) pursuant to art. 130, ca. 1 and 2, Privacy Code";
13. for the analysis of the propensity to use the products and services offered by ecoup, the definition of individual and group profiles, the proposition of individual offers prepared also through the use of tools and applications suitable for detecting the overall consumption of energy as well as its hourly distribution or related to distinct user devices.
14. the personal data acquired during the stipulation of the contract will finally be used for the purposes referred to in art. 1, paragraphs 154 and 156 Law n. 208/2015 and in particular for the purpose of debiting, on the invoice, the installments relating to the RAI license fee or the reimbursement of the undue license fee as well as the payment of the sums relating to the aforementioned license fee to the Treasury. For these purposes, ecoup informs that the website www.ecoup.it highlights the methods through which it will be possible for the Customer to update and correct their personal data, by means of a communication to be sent to the usual contact channels on the "Contact Us" page of the Web portal".
Optional or mandatory consent to provide personal data
The interested party is free to provide the personal data requested from time to time; their missing, partial or incorrect conferment could make it impossible to provide the requested services.
The acquisition of consent to the processing of personal data is necessary for all the treatments indicated above connected and/or necessary to fulfill legal obligations, community legislation, to fulfill obligations deriving from a contract of which the interested party is a party or to fulfill, before the conclusion of the contract, specific requests of the latter.
The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points 11) 12) and 13 is instead optional and may be revoked at any time according to the methods described in the "Rights of the interested party" section of this information.
Social Plugins
The ecoup web pages and Apps may contain plug-ins from social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc.).
If you access one of our web pages equipped with such a plug-in, your internet browser connects directly to the servers of the social network and the plug-in is displayed on the screen thanks to the connection with the browser.
Even if you are not registered with social networks, websites with active social plugins can send data to the networks. Through an active plugin, a cookie with an encryption will be set each time the website is accessed. Since your browser sends this cookie without request at each connection with a network server, the network could create a profile that recalls the websites that the user has visited. And in this case it would also be possible to trace the coding back to a person, for example when the user connects to the social network.

We use this technology to be able to show you only themed ads with your tastes rather than standard ads, i.e. not of interest to you.

Processing methods, logics, storage times and protection measures
The treatment is also carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and is carried out by ecoup and/or third parties which ecoup can use to memorize, manage and transmit the data. In particular, the data processing may take place with the collection and subsequent processing carried out through the punctual detection of consumption and the processing of profiles that can be consulted by accessing the ecoup website or through applications for smartphones, tablets and other similar handsets, made available from ecoUp. The data processing will be carried out with the logic of organization and processing of your personal data, also relating to the logs originating from the access and use of the services made available via the web, related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and data confidentiality. In the case of online transactions, the data processed is protected with the use of adequate technological solutions both for the protection of connections and for the conservation of financial data (credit card, IBAN, etc.). The personal data processed will be kept for the times established by the Privacy Code and by the applicable legislation.
Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers and appointees
For the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, ecoup may communicate and have the personal data of the interested party processed, in Italy and abroad, including countries not belonging to the European Union, to third parties with whom it has relations, where such subjects provide services upon request by ecoup: the latter will only provide them with the information necessary to perform the services requested, taking all measures to protect your personal data. In order to use retargeting we use cookies. However, your browsing data will not be linked to your identity or to your personal data in general.
In addition to the companies of the ecoup Group, subsidiaries and/or parent companies of ecoup, the personal data of the interested party may also be provided to selected commercial partners of ecoup, for marketing reasons or other purposes that are believed to bring you benefits.
The subjects belonging to the categories listed above operate as separate Data Controllers or as Managers and/or Persons in charge appointed for this purpose by ecoup.
Personal data may also be known by ecoup employees, consultants, temporary workers, collaborators who have been specifically appointed/designated as Data Processors or Persons in charge of processing.
Use of Cookies

Rights of the interested party
ecoup reminds the interested party that, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, it is possible, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.
Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
For the treatments referred to in points 11, 12 and 13 it will always be possible to revoke the consent and exercise the right to object to direct marketing (in "traditional" and "automated" form). ecoup reminds the interested party that, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, it is possible, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification.
Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
For the treatments referred to in points 11, 12 and 13 it will always be possible to revoke the consent and exercise the right to object to direct marketing (in "traditional" and "automated" form). The objection, in the absence of a contrary indication, will refer to both traditional and automated communications. For the purposes of exercising the above rights, a request must be sent to the dedicated mailbox privacy@ecoup.it
